The Doctors Laboratory (TDL)

A range of screening tests using remote testing/self-taken small volume blood samples (home collection) and postal pathology has been developed using TDL TINIES™.
For further information on self-taken blood samples, please see watch the video and click here to visit the TDL website.

The test is simple and relatively painless as a prick of the finger is carried out by a specialist instrument (lancet).
PSA Home Testing Kits

ATTENTION! ALL MEN AGED 40 AND OVERb
Prostate health screening home testing kits available. Detect the early signs of prostate disease by using a simple finger-
prick test completed at home.

To order your test simply click on the icon logo "PSA Tests" below and when registering enter the bpcsg code as BEDS50.

The cost of a Home Testing Kit is £27.99 but we will subsidise this by £14.00 on registration. (Note: PayPal is the bank used by GFCT and your receipt and confirmation will come via that bank - YOU DO NOT NEED a PayPal account or TO SIGN UP to PayPal). The link for credit cards is in smaller font lower down on the payment page.
This is a new service we are offering in place of our PSA Testing Days, which we cannot currently hold due to COVID-19.

Graham Fulford Charitable Trust (GFCT)

The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust was set up by Graham Fulford to promote awareness of Prostate Cancer following the diagnosis of a close friend who died at the age of 58 and a close family member who died in 2007 with prostate cancer after a valiant fight.

BPCSG arranges all PSA tests through GFCT who, in normal times, supply the phlebotomists, deliver the blood samples to the laboratory, dispose of all needles, co-ordinate results and send out emails/letters to those who have taken the test.
