Volunteer
We are always looking for people to volunteer and if you feel you can spare a few hours on an ad hoc basis.
Our main needs are for help in running a PSA Testing Event (4hrs at most two or three times a year) or a display stand at a festival, fayre or other special event (2hrs as shared with a number of volunteers).
Amazon Smile
As a charitable organisation, Amazon will donate to us 0.5% of the net purchase price (excluding
VAT, returns and shipping fees) of eligible purchases made through AmazonSmile - same products,
same prices, same service.

Fundraising
Raising money for any charity is always generous whether for local or national charities. However, with a local charity the benefits can often be seen directly whereas for a national charity the benefits may not actually even come back to the local area. Also, part of any monies raised must be set aside to pay for the full-time staff running the national charity. Beds Prostate Cancer Support Group is run entirely by volunteers, so 100% of any money raised will be used for the benefit of people (mostly men) in Bedfordshire.
Please consider BPCSG if you are running a fundraising event.
Collections
From time to time we hold collections outside supermarkets. Holding a tin for a couple of hours is always helpful.
